Telegraph Hill Centre has has several different-sized spaces available to hire at affordable rates. Hirers must ensure that government COVID guidelines are complied with.

Telegraph Hill Centre is an independent community venue. The income from hire of the spaces (including regular weekly activities and one-off events) is invested back into maintaining and improving the Centre for the community.

Narthex

Dimensions: 140m2
Accessible for wheelchair users

Narthex is the largest room available for hire, comprising a stage area and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor it is wheelchair-user accessible and accommodates up to 80 people seated theatre-style, up to 60 people for parties.

The space regularly accommodates large events and parties across the year, as well as Telegraph Hill Festival events, regular weekly activities to the annual Christmas pantomime.

*Please note, the Narthex is only available for party hire on Saturdays

Prices:

One-off Hire:

  • £50/hour between midday and 7pm
  • £70/hour between 7pm and 10pm

  • £20/hour (weekly rate)

Studio 2

Dimensions: 9.29 m x 7.92 m

Studio 2 is our newly renovated space available for hire with sprung floors and kitchen access. Studio 2 is ideal for workshops, meetings and active classes. It accommodates 10 – 15 people for active-style classes and 30 – 40 people seated. This room is upstairs and does not have step-free access. Please note we do not hire this space for parties/events.

Garden Room

Dimensions: 64m2
Accessible for wheelchair users

The Garden Room is a light, airy, south-facing room with windows overlooking the garden, with access to a basic kitchen.

It’s perfect for meetings with up to 20 participants, or events and parties of up to 35 people, and ideal for workshops or classes in pilates and yoga.

 

Prices

One-off Hire:

  • £45/hour between midday and 7pm
  • £65/hour between 7pm and 10pm

  • £15/hour (weekly rate)

Craft Room

Dimensions: 76m2
Accessible for wheelchair users

This is a  perfect room for workshops with up to 12 participants, the space lends itself to child/family-centred activities.The Craft Room is available after 7pm on weekdays  and all day on Saturdays.

Parlour

A pleasant north-facing room with a large window overlooking the churchyard, The Parlour is an intimate space perfect for small or one-to-one meetings, counselling, therapy and massage sessions.

Once we have finalised the details, you will be required to sign a formal hire agreement and pay a deposit to confirm your booking.
